Production and inspection standards
Our factory Younglee Tube produces stainless steel Hydraulic tubing according to various norms as below:
- ASTM A 269, ASTM A213, ASTM A312; Corresponding ASME standards
- EN 10216-5 TC1 / TC2; EN 10297-2
- NACE MR0175/ISO 15156
- PED 97/23/EC, AD 2000
- Besides the above, we also produce and supply hydraulic pipes in GOST, JIS, China GB standards, or on customer’s requests.
- Our factory supply all stainless seamless hydraulic tubes and pipes with Mill Test Certificate according to EN 10204 3.1 B or EN 10204 3.2 on customer’s request.
Materials available
Our factory manufactures and supply Hydraulic tubes and hydraulic pipe in various stainless steel grades, duplex steel, super duplex steel grades according to ASTM / ASME or EN / DIN standard.
- ASTM / AISI steel grades: 304/304L, 321/321H, 316 /316L, 316Ti, 347 / 347H, S31803, S32750, S32760, 2205, 904 / 904L.
- EN/DIN steel grades: 1.4301/1.4307, 1.4541/1.4878, 1.4401/1.4404/1.4435, 1.4571, 1.4462, 1.4410, 1.4539.
- Equivalent GOST, JIS and GB standard steel grades.
Dual stainless steel tubing 316/316L and 304/304L would be the most popular grades for many different applications. These hydraulic tubing is mostly supplied in fixed length 6 meters (20 foot) in seamless production forms, or other required lengths.
Size Range and dimension tolerances
Outer Diameter: 4.71 mm to 76 mm;
Wall thickness: 0.5 mm – 15 mm
Tolerance: O.D. min. +/-0.03mm, WT min. +/-7.5%.
Length: Standard Lengths of hydraulic tube and pipe is 6 meters fixed length. Other lengths on request, our factory can manufacture hydraulic tubes with length up to 18 meters.
Delivery condition
Our factory manufactures and supplies stainless steel hydraulic tubing in below three delivery conditions:
- Bright annealed condition; this is known as stainless steel bright annealed tubes. Our factory’s BA tube is available with O.D up to 50.8 mm.
- Solution annealed and pickled condition.
- Annealed + pickled and with outside polished finished.
